In 2025, I delivered the 8th Arthur Pap-Lecture at the Institute Vienna Circle of the University of Vienna. Here is the YouTube Link for the lecture, livestreamed on June 12. Additionally, Topoi has accepted our proposal for a special issue, Capacities-First Philosophy, which Naomi Osorio-Kupferblum and I will co-edit in the fall of 2026. The Call for Papers is now available.
Also, James Garson delivered a "lectio magistralis" on Tarski's semantics for my Knowledge and Methods course. The related video is available upon request.
In 2024, I organized two sessions at the 25th World Congress of Philosophy (Aug 1-8) in Rome (Italy) on Knowledge and Mathematics in Kant and Cognitive Capacitism from Kant to Carnap.
I also delivered two talks in Italy, one on Kant and the Destiny of Metaphysics (April) and the other on The Philosophy of AI (May). Both are available on YouTube.
Along with Caterina Del Sordo and Silvano Zipoli Caiani, I launched the Reconstructing Carnap Webinar Series, affiliated with the Universities of Houston, Vienna, and Florence. The webinar examines Carnap’s theories and their discussions in logical empiricism, analytic metaphysics, and epistemology. Past talks are available on our YouTube Channel.
In 2023, I initiated the Ethics and Normativity Seminar Series, which I now lead with Luis Oliveira and Robert Tierney. The seminar welcomes scholars specializing in social or cognitive normativity, normative ethics, and related topics.
