The Reconstructing Carnap webinar series, which examines theories and questions from Carnap's philosophy, has resumed. Past talks are available on our YouTube Channel.
The Ethics and Normativity seminar series has scheduled two upcoming talks for Spring 2026. The series welcomes scholars who specialize in social and/or cognitive normativity, normative ethics, and related topics.
Past Events
In 2025, I delivered the 8th Arthur Pap-Lecture at the Institute Vienna Circle of the University of Vienna. Here is the YouTube Link for the lecture, livestreamed on June 12. Also, James Garson delivered a "lectio magistralis" on Tarski's semantics for my Knowledge and Methods course. The related video is available upon request.
In 2024, I organized two sessions at the 25th World Congress of Philosophy (Aug 1-8) in Rome (Italy) on Knowledge and Mathematics in Kant and Cognitive Capacitism from Kant to Carnap. I also delivered two talks in Italy, one on Kant and the Destiny of Metaphysics (April) and the other on The Philosophy of AI (May). Both are available on YouTube.
